"STAAR", MISTRESS WHO TOUTS SEX OVER SENTIMENT,
BOWS SCINTILLATING BURLESQUE REVUE

Los Angeles/Aug. 15, 2002 - Born and bred in the land of milk and honey, California-native Leslie Harter who returns as mistress STAAR in her original lounge act, is much more likely to be looked over than overlooked.

Harter, who’s past appearances in Beverly Hills 90210 and various independent features are apt to get a rise out of even the most discriminating eunuch, brings her audaciously titillating, burlesque revue to the stage at the Century Club, opening Tues., Sept. 17 and continuing each Tues. thereafter through Oct. 8, 2002.

STAAR’s playfully promiscuous romp is handsomely adorned by four able-bodied, male dancers who’s pelvic gyrations serve Harter’s every move. To the tune of a live, classical, three-piece jazz band, Harter and her male quartet perform a collection of sexually liberating songs sure to raise even the most politically incorrect eyebrows.

The curtain rises opening night at 8:00 p.m. on Tues., Sept. 17 at the Century Club located at 10131 Constellation between Century Park East and Avenue of the Stars. Additional shows on Tues., Sept. 24th and Tues., Oct. 1st. Closing night is Tues., Oct. 8th.
